How the model works

Property price sets the property index (baseline $1m = 100). Purchasing power is 100 ÷ (1 + 3 × inflation / 100). Confidence responds to NVDA and inflation, capped at 10–100. Development combines 45% property index and 65% confidence, with an inflation penalty, capped at 15–160. Output combines 50% development, 30% purchasing power and 20% confidence. Building heights follow development; brightness follows confidence. This illustrative model does not predict financial outcomes.
